Additional Services

A New Estate Sale offers an additional cleaning service when your estate sale is finished. We offer a complete cleaning of the inside of the residence which includes the removal of all trash from the premises, a thorough cleaning and vacuuming of all rooms to assure that the transition goes smoothly for the family and that the property is ready for any other plans that the family may have. Ask us about this service and we will provide an estimate based on the size of the home at the initial viewing of the property.
